Dream 100m hurdles at Galà dei Castelli
Without a doubt, the women’s 100m hurdles race will play a starring role in the programme of the Castles Gala thanks to the presence of Olympic, world and European champions.
Camacho Quinn, Olympic champion from Tokyo, the first Puerto Rican sportswoman to win gold at the Olympic Games, and bronze medallist at the recent World Championships in Eugene.
Nia Ali, runner-up at the Rio de Janeiro Olympics, two-time world indoor champion in the 60-metre hurdles and world champion in Doha; she was one of the big favourites at last July’s World Championships, but suffered an unfortunate fall in the batteries.
The newly crowned European champion in Munich, Poland’s Pia Skrzyszowska, and our home champion, Ditaji Kambunji, who came back from a fantastic run during the European Championships in Munich that earned her the bronze medal.
