Cari amici, volontari, sponsor, fornitori, sostenitori, manager e atleti del Galà dei Castelli,
con profondo rammarico, il Comitato organizzatore del Galà dei Castelli comunica che l’edizione 2025, prevista per martedì 8 luglio, non avrà luogo.
Una decisione sofferta, maturata in seguito al mutato contesto economico generato da un recente intervento dell’autorità fiscale cantonale, il cui impatto ha reso insostenibile l’organizzazione dell’evento nelle tempistiche a disposizione.
Fino all’ultimo, l’organizzazione ha lavorato con impegno e passione per offrire una manifestazione all’altezza delle aspettative e in continuità con lo spettacolo degli anni passati. Di fronte all’impatto economico della nuova situazione, abbiamo però ritenuto più corretto fermarci per quest’anno, piuttosto che proporre un evento ridimensionato e non coerente con lo standard qualitativo che ci siamo imposti.
Il Comitato desidera esprimere la propria più sincera gratitudine a tutti coloro che in forme diverse hanno sostenuto e continueranno a sostenere questa importante manifestazione internazionale su suolo cantonale. Un Comitato che, affiancato dai suoi più stretti collaboratori, da anni lavorava con dedizione, passione e mettendo tantissime ore di volontariato.
Ci scusiamo per il breve preavviso. Anche per noi si tratta di un’evoluzione inaspettata, che ci ha imposto una decisione rapida e non facile, ma che riteniamo la più responsabile alla luce del contesto attuale.
Questa comunicazione anticipa di qualche ora il comunicato stampa ufficiale che verrà diramato ai media verso le ore 13.00. Vi chiediamo gentilmente di non diffondere l’allegato fino alla comunicazione ufficiale dei media.
Nella speranza di non aver arrecato troppi disagi, ci auguriamo di poter tornare presto con un nuovo Galà dei Castelli, e di farlo ancora una volta insieme a tutti voi.

With deep regret, the Organizing Committee of the Galà dei Castelli announces that the 2025 edition, scheduled for Tuesday, July 8, will not take place.
This difficult decision follows the changed economic context resulting from a recent intervention by the cantonal tax authority, whose impact has made it impossible to organize the event within the available timeframe.
Until the very last moment, the organization worked with dedication and passion to deliver an event worthy of expectations and in continuity with the spectacular editions of past years. However, faced with the financial implications of the new situation, we felt it was more appropriate to pause for this year rather than present a downsized event that would fall short of the quality standards we have always strived to uphold.
The Committee wishes to express its sincere gratitude to all those who, in various ways, have supported and will continue to support this important international event held on cantonal soil. The Committee, together with its close collaborators, has worked for years with devotion, passion, and countless hours of volunteer work.
We apologize for the short notice. This was also an unexpected development for us, forcing a rapid and difficult decision—yet one we believe to be the most responsible under the current circumstances.
This communication anticipates the official press release, which will be sent to the media around 1:00 PM. We kindly ask that you do not share the attached document before the official media announcement.
We hope this decision does not cause too much inconvenience and look forward to returning soon with a new edition of the Galà dei Castelli—together with all of you once again.
